Diane Barrett

Diane Barrett has been involved in the IT industry for about 20 years. She spent 7 years in software development before becoming involved in education, security, and forensics.

Diane has a MS in Technology with a specialization in Information Security and is currently working on a PhD in business administration with a specialization in information security. She holds many industry certifications including:

Neil Broom is the Director of Forensic Marketing for Intelligent Computer Solutions, Inc. As a speaker, trainer, course director, and consultant in the fields of Computer Forensics, Information Assurance, and Professional Security Testing, he has over 15 years of experience providing technical education and security services to the military, law enforcement, the health care industry, financial institutions, and government agencies. Neil is a licensed Georgia Private Detective.

Additionally, Neil has provided training in the field of Computer Forensics and Information Security to over 3,000 students in the US Government, US Military, Intelligent Agencies, and Fortune 500 companies in the United States and abroad. He has also trained a diverse population of computer forensics and electronic discovery outfits. Neil has personally trained 1/3 of the individuals worldwide that have earned the Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) certification.

Neil coauthored a technical book for Sybex Publishing titled Computer Forensics JumpStart. The book is a primer for anyone interested in entering the Computer Forensics field.

Chris Brown

Christopher L. T. Brown, CISSP is the Founder and CTO of Technology Pathways. Mr. Brown is the chief architect of the Technology Pathways ProDiscover family of security products. Prior to his position with Technology Pathways Mr. Brown has served in key technology positions at several companies and focused on information warfare and network operations for the U.S. Navy. Mr. Brown's most recent book "Computer Evidence: Collection and Preservation 2nd Edition is published by Charles River Media. He has over 25 years experience in hardware, software, and network engineering. Mr. Brown has taught computer security and network engineering for UCSD as well as private organizations such as Addison Wesley and CSI.

Robert Botchek

Mr. Robert Botchek has founded / co-owned four technology companies, most recently including Tableau. Mr. Botchek's first company, Trantor Systems (purchased by Adaptec in 1993), was a pioneer in SCSI host adapters. His second company, Electric Gravity (purchased by Microsoft in 1996), was a pioneer in on-line social networking and interactive games. Mr. Botchek founded Tableau in 2003 with a vision of serving the needs of the forensics community by developing high-quality, innovative, and reasonably priced hardware and software products. Mr. Botchek began programming computers in 1979 and has since held a number of technical and executive leadership roles.

Ryan Chapin

Ryan Chapin joined BlackBag Technologies in 2005 as a senior digital forensic analyst. With over ten years in the computer forensics industry, Mr. Chapin brings extensive experience in the collection, processing, analyzing and reporting of electronic data from government and private sources. Prior to joining BlackBag, he was responsible for the supervision and training of 60 advanced information systems personnel with the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center. Chapin is highly skilled in training curricula development and administration, and regularly provides computer forensics examiners education on the complexities of Mac forensics analysis.

Ben Cotton is a computer forensic professional with over 11 years of computer forensic experience in military special operations, federal government agencies, and federal law enforcement and legal sector support. Ben Cotton has served as a subject mater expert on the forensic software "Encase", teaching as a part-time instructor for Guidance Software and as the founder and president of CyTech Services, Inc. Ryk Edelstein has been actively involved in the IT industry since the early 80's, and is the founder and a partner at Converge Net Inc., a Montreal-based Solution provider specializing in establishing secure end efficient data communication networks. Charles Giglia

Charles Giglia has been in the field of computer forensics since 2000 concentrating primarily on the research and development of computer forensic investigative techniques and training curriculum. Charles has an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Canisius College and a graduate degree in forensic science from the University of New Haven.

Charles had been deployed nearly 18 months from 2007 to 2009 doing computer forensic investigations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom while serving as a U.S. Army Contractor in Baghdad. Previously he spent six years as Computer Crime Specialist with the NW3C while leading the development of numerous training classes. His primary concentrations were courses related to Internet investigations and Internet forensics. Charles has been a guest presenter at the FBI training academy, as well as several IACIS, FACT, RCFG/GMU, HTCIA international/regional conferences and an adjunct professor at Fairmont State College. He is a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) and a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).

Joshua Gilliland

Joshua Gilliland, Professional Development Manager for D4 LLC and a former practicing attorney, has used litigation support software products in complex business cases and criminal appellate matters. Josh has five years of experience using CT Summation iBlaze in both the practice of law and for CT Summation at seminars, trade shows and supporting product development.

Josh conducts seminars on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Evidence, e-Discovery, and other growing trends in litigation. Josh has done over 100 e-Discovery seminars, covering all of North America from Miami to Anchorage and Canada. Josh is the blogger for the Bow Tie Law Blog, covering issues of identifying anonymous bloggers who commit defamation, ethical standards for electronic discovery, personal jurisdiction and other timely issues. Josh has planned and coordinated large seminars and webinars with many thought leaders in the industry, including Michael Arkfeld, William Kellermann, Tom O'Connor and Magistrate Judge John Facciola. Josh has also been an invited speaker at bar association events and trade shows, in addition to serving as a guest lecturer on e-Discovery at several law schools. He effectively applies his real-world knowledge to show lawyers how they can increase their efficiency and master factual issues using litigation support software. Before joining the D4 team, Josh was with CT Summation for two and a half years conducting seminars, preparing articles and providing thought leadership on electronic discovery. Josh launched the CT Summation Blawg, highlighting issues of text message authentication, YouTube deposition exhibits, and MP3 Players as the cause of class action lawsuits.

Josh also practiced construction defect litigation at Roger, Scott & Helmer. He worked as a contract attorney and consultant on complex civil cases and a Federal Habeas appeal in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he gained experience in using both CT Summation and Trial Director. Josh received his J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 2001 and holds an A.B. in Political Science from University of California at Davis. He also ties a mean bowtie.

Jon R Hansen

Jon is a computer specialist with over twenty-five years of experience in computer technologies, including, digital computer forensics, network intrusion, large-scale deployment, and training on various computer hardware and software platforms. Jon has been involved with defining and developing security policies and techniques for safeguarding computer information and fraud prevention.

Jon joined H-11 to be able to provide complete digital forensics solutions. Jim Jaeger

Jim Jaeger is responsible for managing the digital forensics business at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems. He also serves as Program Manager for our DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Forensic Support engagement, which provides forensic examinations, network management, test and evaluation, and forensic support services for the DoD Cyber Crime Center, the Defense Computer Forensic Lab, and the Defense Cyber Crime Institute. Previously, Jim created our information assurance and critical infrastructure protection group, which has developed a wide variety of Information Assurance tools, ranging from the Air Force's intrusion detection infrastructure to the only network based multi-level security (MLS) system accredited by the National Security Agency at Protection Level 4 without waivers.

Jim is a former Brigadier General in the United States Air Force. His military service includes stints as the Director of Intelligence (J2) for the U.S. Atlantic Command, Assistant Deputy Director of Operations at the National Security Agency, and Commander of the Air Force Technical Applications Center. In these capacities, among other things, Jim was responsible for the collection and reporting of intelligence to Theater Commanders and the National Command Authority.

Greg Kipper

Greg Kipper has been involved in the field of IT Security and information assurance over the past twelve years. Through his experience in the security field he moved into the emerging field of digital forensics. The last six years of his career have been spent on working on the future of technologies and their forensic impact of that data to the process of evidence. Some of his notable works include the books "Investigator's Guide to Steganography" and "Wireless Crime and Forensic Investigation. Mr. Kipper continues to contribute to the fields of security and digital forensics through participation in numerous conferences and organizations.

James A. Krainock

Mr. Krainock works on the Government Sales Team as a Digital Forensics Specialist for Rimage Corp., a manufacturer of Automated Disc Publishing systems. With over 15 years in the CD/DVD publishing industry, Mr. Krainock has worked with many government agencies in developing integrated automated disc publishing solutions. In 2007 Rimage introduced their Evidence Disc System for automated CD/DVD/BD evidence collection and analysis. Mr. Krainock instructs in the unique characteristics of CD/DVD evidence and provides training for the digital forensic analyst to effectively collect and analyze CD/DVD evidence using the Rimage Evidence Disc System.

Ben Lemere

Ben Lemere has more than 12 years of military and federal government service in the law enforcement community. His career has afforded him extensive technical, analytical, and operational experience. He currently serves as a contractor for the Department of Defense as a certified Computer Forensic Examiner and coordinator of the Special Devices Group. Ben is one of the leading experts on GPS forensics in the United States and was responsible for developing and implementing one of the first GPS forensic analysis programs. He has spoken at several national level events in the past year such as Mobile Forensics World and the High Technology Crime Investigation Association's Annual Conference, as well as, authored articles on GPS Forensics in Forensic Focus and the Digital Forensics Intelligence Journal.

Sean Morrissey

Sean is presently employed by Paradigm Solutions as a Computer Forensic Analyst assigned to the U.S. Department of State, Computer Investigations and Forensics Division. Prior to the State Department, Sean was employed by Computer Science Corporation, as a Computer Forensic Senior Professional, assigned to the Defense Cyber Training Academy, developing and delivering computer forensic training, to include Macintosh forensics and data recovery. Sean started his career as an Officer with the United States Army, and as a Law Enforcement Officer in Maryland. Sean had contributed as the Lead Author of "Mac OS X, iPod and iPhone Forensic Analysis" and the Author of the upcoming book "iPhone Forensic Analysis".

Nicole Bocra

Nicole Bocra is a registered private investigator in Virginia and a licensed private detective in New Jersey. Ms Bocra has over 10 years experience as an accountant and securities investigator. In this time Ms Bocra also has over six years with NASD under her experiences. Ms Bocra expertise include financial investigations, investigating potential stock market violations, mastering Internet "tools of the trade" to develop complex cases and conducting in-depth analysis of documents. Ms Bocra's cases typically involve transactional due diligence, fraud, difficult background and financial investigations, judgment enforcement, and asset recovery. Stephen Pearson

Stephen Frank Pearson was born in Aylesbury, England in 1963 and has been involved with Digital Media Exploitation since the early 1990's. Stephen served in the United States Army as a Military Policeman for over 21 years. During this time, Stephen wrote and compiled numerous texts that are still used today. Stephen\'s last military assignment was Non Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Advanced Technology Criminal Investigations Division at the Military Police School, Ft Leonard Wood, Missouri. After retiring, Stephen accepted a position as chief of detectives at the Pulaski County Sheriffs Office in Missouri. Stephen opened the first Digital Forensic Lab at the Sheriff\'s Department which was responsible for numerous convictions. Stephen, during this time, also started and ran the High Tech Crime Institute. In 2006 Stephen was contracted by the National Ground Intelligence Center to teach and design a course in Digital Triage Forensics for the new WIT teams deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. To date, Stephen continues to teach and design new procedures that enable small team units to gather and exploit Digital Media from the Battle Space. Stephen currently lives in Palm Harbor, Florida and is the CEO of the High Tech Crime Institute.

Anthony Reyes

Anthony Reyes is a former Detective with the New York City Police Department's Computer Crimes Squad (CCS). During his assignment with the CCS, he investigated computer intrusions, fraud, identity theft, intellectual property theft, and child exploitation. He served as the 2007 International President for the High Technology Crime Investigation Association and presently chairs the Education and Training Group for the National Institute of Justice's Electronic Crime Partner Initiative. Mr. Reyes previously sat as an alternate member of New York Governor George E. Pataki's Cyber-Security Task Force. Anthony is a published author, professor, and much sought after lecturer and practitioner around the world. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Arc Group of New York, a Wall Street based company; he provides consultant, investigation, and training services globally to large corporations and government agencies. Until January 1, 2008 he served as a consultant to China's Ministry of Public Security for the 2008 Olympics Games.

Ms Schroader has been key in developing new and effective technology to help investigators with the extraction of digital evidence from hard drives, e-mail and, mobile devices. Ms Schroader coined the concept of the 360 degrees of digital forensics for each of these areas. Ms Schroader has extensive experience working with all sectors of forensic investigation, ranging from federal, state, local, corporate and private parties. Karen Schuler

Karen Schuler is a nationally recognized forensic and electronic discovery expert, author and editor with more than 15 years consulting to legal and corporate entities. She is a former U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission Forensic Examiner where she focused on investigating insider trading, embezzlement, as well as securities and accounting fraud. As one of the most industry-experienced consultants in the electronic discovery field, she provides legal team guidance in the areas of prevention, investigations, and analysis. Ms. Schuler has both national and international experience mitigating discovery risks, creating defensible preservation and collection plans, analyzing evidence in multi-party and complex matters, and preparing fraud detection and prevention plans.

Prior to joining Intelligent Discovery Solutions, Inc., Ms. Schuler was the national director of the discovery consulting practice for a global discovery company, as well as a director of an international strategic consulting firm where she realigned the forensic and evidence management practices for the firm. Ms. Schuler transformed from the information technology profession during her tenure as the Principal of TekTron Solutions, where she founded one of the first forensic analysis companies in the U.S.

Ms. Schuler currently serves on the board of the Washington, DC Chapter of the International High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA), and is an associate of the Certified Fraud Examiners, Infragard, and the Project Management Institute.

She recently co-authored and published the industry's newest comprehensive guide to electronic discovery including databases, forensics and discovery management.

Joseph J. Schwerha IV, M.S., J.D.

Mr. Schwerha has the unique experience of having served in both the private and public sectors for several years. Before coming to academia, Mr. Schwerha served as an assistant district attorney for over eight years, where was significantly involved with computer crime prosecution at both the state and national levels. Now, he directs the majority of his attention to serving as an Associate Professor within the Department of Business and Economics at California University of Pennsylvania. In his role there, he is solely responsible for instruction on all aspects of business law, privacy, cybercrime and information law. While not teaching, Mr. Schwerha primarily concentrates on TraceEvidence, LLC., his computer forensics, privacy, and e-discovery consulting business.

Mr. Schwerha holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as both a Bachelors and Masters of Science from Carnegie Mellon University. He has published several articles in various publications, including law reviews. 3

Jeff Shackelford
SEMO Cyber Crimes Task Force
Detective Jeff Shackelford is the Commander of the Southeast Missouri Cyber Crimes Task Force in Poplar Bluff, which serves approx. 15 counties in the Southeast Missouri region. Det. Shackelford is cross designated as a Special Deputy United States Marshal and is a member of the Missouri ICAC. He has been investigating computer related crimes for several years and started the Cyber Crimes Division within the Criminal Investigations Bureau of his department in late 2006. A 10 year law enforcement veteran, Det. Shackelford currently conducts computer and mobile device forensic examinations for the Task Force region, and has conducted forensic examinations on electronic media for local, state and federal agencies. Along with these duties, Det. Shackelford also conducts covert undercover online investigations targeting Child Pornography offenders in Peer-2-Peer networks. He also gives numerous educational presentations to children, parents, and law enforcement on Online Child Exploitation and instructs several law enforcement training courses dealing with computer crime.

Kelcey Tietjen
Mandiant
Kelcey Tietjen is a Senior Consultant at Mandiant with five years of experience in incident response, digital forensics and litigation support. Mr. Tietjen provides Mandiant with investigative and technical expertise in litigation support management and digital forensic analysis.

He has extensive experience conducting large scale incident investigations for government entities and has supported digital forensic analysis and incident response program development efforts at Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Mr. Tietjen has supported counter-intelligence investigations at government research laboratories and investigated and conducted evidence discovery for several multi-million dollar litigations. Mr. Tietjen is an avid programmer. He has written several custom EnScripts to automate forensic analysis and report documentation.

Prior to joining Mandiant, Mr. Tietjen worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory and played a key role as a member of the Computer Security Incident Response Team. During this time, he helped implement an enterprise-wide forensic system and helped integrate this system with automation of the collection of incident response data.

Mr. Tietjen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management of Information Systems from The University of New Mexico and is currently working towards his Masters of Forensic Science in High Technology Crime Investigation at the George Washington University. Mr. Tietjen is an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE).

Chad Tilbury

Chad Tilbury has spent over ten years responding to computer intrusions and conducting forensic investigations. His extensive law enforcement and international experience stems from working with a broad cross-section of Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies around the world. During his service as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, he investigated and conducted computer forensics for a variety of crimes, including hacking, abduction, espionage, identity theft, and multi-million dollar fraud cases. He has led international forensic teams and was selected to provide computer forensic support to the United Nations Weapons Inspection Team. Chad has worked as a computer security engineer and forensic lead for a major defense contractor and more recently as the Vice President of Worldwide Internet Enforcement for the Motion Picture Association of America. In that role, he managed Internet anti-piracy operations for the seven major Hollywood studios in over sixty countries. Chad is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science as well as GCFA, GCIH, and CISSP certifications. He is currently a consultant specializing in incident response, E-Discovery, and computer forensics.

Jay Varda

Jay Varda began his federal career in 1992 as a Special Agent with the Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) and transitioned into Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with the merger of INS and US Customs Service. Jay has been assigned to an ICE Computer Forensic Agent since 2004. In September 2007, Jay was promoted to Program Manager for the ICE Computer Forensics Program. Jay's duties include overseeing ICE forensic agents in the Western United States, the ICE Cellular and Mobile Device Forensic program and software licensing. Jay has taught at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in the Treasury Computer Forensic Training Program (TCFTP) for the past year as well as taught courses at the ICE Cyber Crimes Center (C3) in Fairfax, VA. Jay has achieved his Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) and AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE) certifications.

Ryan Washington

Mr. Washington brings 15 years of computer and forensic experience in Military Intelligence, High Technology Administration and Federal Law Enforcement to Crucial Security. Along with experience leading small fire teams in the Marine Corps to managing larger projects in several technology companies and acting as a Project Lead for an Intrusion Analysis Team, he is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), National Security Agency/Information Assurance Methodology (NSA/IAM) certified, Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). Mr. Washington holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from National-Louis University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University.

Rich Watson

Senior Master Sergeant (SMSgt) Richard D. Watson is a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) and the Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) to the Superintendent assigned to AFOSI 10th Field Investigations Squadron, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. SMSgt Watson manages thirty four agents and five support personnel to include operating locations in Indianapolis, IN; Youngstown, OH; Grissom ARB, IN and Pittsburg, PA, who conduct criminal investigations, counterintelligence support to force protection, base level and central system fraud investigations. SMSgt Watson entered the Air Force on 16 June 1982. Upon graduation from Basic Training, SMSgt Watson attended the USAF Security Police Academy, followed by the USAF Air Base Ground Defense School. SMSgt Watson pursued his career as a Security Policeman while on active duty from 1982 to 1990 and as a reservist from 1990 to 2000. SMSgt Watson performed many duties to include flight line security, response team member and leader, weapons storage area security, ICBM missile security, base level law enforcement patrols, dignitary protection details and Emergency Service Team member. SMSgt Watson was mobilized in 1991 to support Operation Desert Storm where he was assigned to the 812th Security Police Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD, supporting the B1 Bomber mission. In September 2000, SMSgt Watson cross-trained to become a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. SMSgt Watson was mobilized for Operation Noble Eagle (9-11-01) where he worked counterintelligence operations with local FBI in Colorado Springs, CO. In 2003, SMSgt Watson was mobilized for Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF-1) and was hand selected to be the Counterintelligence Chief for AFOSI in the United Kingdom and Norway. In 2006, SMSgt Watson was mobilized for Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF-3) where he was augmented to the U.S. Army's Task Force Troy Counter IED Threat mission. SMSgt Watson was assigned to Weapons Intelligence Team 5 (WIT5), AR Ramadi, Iraq, with Marine 1st Platoon Explosives Ordinance Disposal team. SMSgt Watson was awarded a Bronze Star, the Air Force Combat Action Medal and the US Army Combat Action Badge for his actions while operating in Iraq. SMSgt Watson began his civilian law enforcement career in March 1990 with the US Department of Energy, and was a Sergeant, Lieutenant and SWAT Commander/Explosives Breacher for the Rocky Flats Police Force in Golden, CO. From 1991-1993, SMSgt Watson was a reserve Deputy Sheriff for Adams County Sheriff's Department, CO, attaining the rank of Captain. From 1996-1997, he was a reserve Deputy Sheriff for Boulder.

Richard Whidden
National Law Center for Children and Families
As Executive Director of the National Law Center for Children and Families, he has managed and refocused the organization as a leader in law enforcement's efforts against child sexual exploitation and best practices in sex offender management. Mr. Whidden has addressed local, state, national and international audiences concerning child exploitation crimes and sex offender management and is a source for media outlets. He also has successfully created and produced a high-quality training program that has trained over 1000 law enforcement professionals across the nation on these issues.

Previously, Mr. Whidden is a former Interim County Attorney for the Flagler County, Florida handling the legal matters for one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. Mr. Whidden first served as a local government attorney for the City of Gainesville, Florida handling land use, code enforcement and litigation matters. While with the City of Gainesville, Mr. Whidden attained board certification from the Florida Bar in City, County and Local Government law. He also served as Assistant Attorney General of Florida and Assistant General Counsel to the Florida Department of State. Mr. Whidden also served as Associate Director for Government Relations and Contracts with a legal publishing company in Virginia.

He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law and his bachelor's degree from Florida State University. Mr. Whidden is a member of the District of Columbia and Florida Bars and resides in Alexandria, Virginia.

Don Wochna
Vestige Digital Investigations
A pioneer in the development and application of Computer Forensics to the practice of law, Mr. Wochna is one of the founding partners of Vestige. A trial lawyer for 22 years he left private practice in 1999 to focus on computer forensics and the emerging field of digital investigations. As a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Computer Forensic Professionals and the Chief Legal Officer for Vestige, Mr. Wochna has earned a reputation as an engaging and articulate electronic evidence expert in civil discovery, internal investigations and criminal defense litigation. He has served as an expert witness in several State and Federal Court cases, and he is a widely sought CLE speaker on electronic evidence and the impact on the law and the discovery process of the proliferation of devices that can become "electronic witnesses" in all types of cases. He has educated attorneys and, through the Ohio Judicial College, provided seminars to Ohio common pleas judges in the area of electronic evidence. Don received his law degree from the University of Chicago and resides in Hinckley, Ohio with his wife Lydia and their four dogs and ten cats.

Thomas Williams
NJ State SPCA Law Enforcement Division
Thomas E. Williams is the Computer Crimes Officer for the New Jersey State SPCA Police where, as a sworn police officer, he investigates animal fighting and animal cruelty cases. He has also a lead role in the agency's electronic evidence policy development, internet crime investigation and forensic analysis. He is also the President of his own forensics company - Privacy Protectors, LLC. For the past four years, he was the National Director of the Discovery Consulting Services Group at LexisNexis Applied Discovery. In this role, he managed a nationwide team of consultants and was responsible for working with the company's clients to assist in designing strategic consulting, data collection and forensic strategies Prior to joining Applied Discovery, Mr. Williams was a Senior Special Agent and the lead computer evidence recovery specialist with the U.S. Department of Commerce's Office of Export Enforcement in the New York Field Office. During that time he was awarded the Commerce Department's highest honor, the Gold Medal, as part of the team that developed the agency's computer forensics program. Mr. Williams also assisted the FBI computer forensics efforts in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks with the building of a forensics laboratory, the development of an analysis methodology and with forensic analysis on seized data. Mr. Williams worked on one of the first FISA cases to allow material obtained pursuant to a FISA wiretap to be used in criminal and administrative proceedings. Prior to joining the Department of Commerce, Mr. Williams was the one of the most highly decorated agents at the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Protective Service (FPS), where he worked on matters as diverse as the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing and trials, the Oklahoma City Bombing trials held in Denver, the 1995 Hurricane Marilyn Disaster relief efforts in US Virgin Islands, and the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
